Step 4: Appointments & Booking

Gen Chérie appointments are 90 minutes and take place at a location of your choice — whether that’s your home or an approved venue.

Please note:

  • Appointments are required and subject to availability.
  • A non-refundable appointment fee is required to secure your booking.
  • Your appointment fee will be credited towards your gown purchase.

Appointments are limited and primarily offered on weekends. Requests outside of standard availability may be considered upon request.

Please allow an additional 30 minutes before your appointment for setup and 30 minutes after for tear-down, separate from the 90-minute fitting time. Due to the nature of our mobile bridal experience, availability is limited.
